This blog is the result of cooperation between the Hatfield Woodhouse Primary School in the United Kingdom and the Vrije Basisschool Merksplas from Belgium.
For several years the students of the sixth grade are having a real twinning project.
There are regular contacts for news and tips to share. Occasionally there are "friendshipboxes" sent.
It is fascinating to learn what daily life is like for our overseas friends.
We would like to share our project with you. On the other hand, this way of communicating gives us more capabilities then just communicating via email or post.

Welkom op onze blog!
Deze blog is het resultaat van de samenwerking tussen de Woodhouse Primary School van Hatfield in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en de Vrije Basisschool Merksplas uit België.
Sinds enkele jaren hebben de leerlingen van het zesde leerjaar een heus 'twinning project'.
Regelmatig zijn er contacten om nieuwtjes en weetjes uit te wisselen. Af en toe worden er ook 'vriendschapspaketten' opgestuurd.
Het is boeiend om te vernemen hoe het dagelijkse leven er bij onze overzeese vrienden uitziet.
We willen ons project graag met u delen. Langs de andere kant biedt deze weg van communiceren ons meer mogelijkheden dan enkel communiceren via mail of post.
